Where are you located?

Big League Locker operates primarily out of our production office on 5980 E Commerce Loop in Post Falls, Idaho. If you have an in-office concern, please contact us via email Sales@BigLeagueLocker.com, or via phone (208) 619-3131.

What is the timeline between ordering and receiving my product?

All orders enter production the following business day. For example, if you place an order on a Saturday, your order will not enter production until Monday.  That is when the production timeline will start. 

Print items (within Big League Locker.com) are typically produced in 5-8 business days, the only exception being for corporate stores with Bulk Orders greater than 8 pieces. 

Sublimated pieces (uniforms, apparel, and hoodies) take 20 business days to produce.  There are upgrade options to express (15 business day) or express plus (10 business days) for sublimated pieces.  If you did not select one of these options but need to, please change that before submitting your order. Adding embroidered player numbers to hats can increase that lead time up to 15 days.  Hats without embroidery are available the next business day, if inventory allows, or up to 15 business days. 

On average, embroidered hats take approximately 10-15 business days to produce.

Production time is the time required to produce the individual piece and does not equate to an in-hand date.  Once a piece completes production it is packed with all other pieces in the order and ships via USPS Priority, UPS, or Fedex. Typical shipping time is 2-3 business days.  The shipping provider assumes all responsibility once package is labeled and dropped off with carrier. Any questions regarding shipment once in procession of shipping provider must be directed to them. Big League Locker is happy to provide tracking number to help, which can be provided by email, Sales@BigLeagueLocker.com.  Any concerns with the carrier must go through their inquiry process first.  If package is lost, Big League Locker will remake the order in full.

Big League Locker also offers pickup orders! Pickup orders will be available at Big League Locker production office located off of Seltice between Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.  Pickup lockers are located outside the blue building, next to our main glass door.  You will receive detailed directions to our office and locker number with personal access code once your order is ready, packed, and placed in locker.  You will have 7 days between the completion of the order and the pickup deadline.  After seven days, it is the customers responsibility to coordinate a new pickup time or have the order shipped at customer expense. How is my apparel made?



We use multiple production processes in producing apparel, uniforms and embroidered hats. 

"Print Items" may be screen print, screen print transfers, or digital transfers depending on quantity and logos specs.  We use only the highest quality processes to insure speed and durability.  Most uniforms are sublimated.  The sublimation process begins with printing the graphics onto a textile roll.  This roll is cut, stitched, and pressed to completion.  This process us time and labor intensive, thus the different production options for apparel pieces. 

Once an order is placed and enters production, we cannot change the production speed chosen.  Please make sure to understand lead times as explained above and below before you submit your order.

What is the average price for custom apparel?

There are a variety of answers to this question. Your total will be dependent on the desired apparel, quantity, print process, and personalization. Custom is what we do best, and we are happy to bring to life any ideas you may have.

 

We have a large selection of apparel options to choose from.  T-shirts, Hoodies, V Necks, Dri Fits, Sweats, and Heavy coats to name a few.  We offer many brands from Nike to Port and Company.  Sport Tek to New Era.  Bella Canvas and much more.  Most custom T-Shirt projects are $12-$20 per piece.  Custom Hoodie Projects start at $25.

Fully Custom Sublimated Uniforms can range in price from $39.99-$89.99, depending on the style.  Fortunately, we offer everything from sublimated racerback tanks to Reversible Hockey or Football Jerseys.

Do you offer logo creation or graphic design services?

Yes!



Big League Locker offers logo creation! If you don't have artwork or a logo available to print on your apparel, please contact us and we will get you connected with our Graphics Team, who can walk you through the process of making the right logo for your apparel.

Big League Locker also offers branding! Talk with our Graphic Design Team to build your own brand with specialized colors, logos, and typefaces. The branding will be summarized in a style guide and will allow you to make cohesive marketing, apparel, and documents that represent you well! Please note, this service is extensive and complex and is charged as such. It also requires a significant amount of time, so please keep this in mind when inquiring!

What is your return policy?



Because all items within the Big League Locker online stores are made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. The only exception to this is manufacturer defect, print defect, or production mistakes by Big League Locker.

Any manufacturing or production mistake on our end will be redone as quickly as possible, however, any mistakes made by customer in order information will result in a new order needing to be placed at their expense. We will print exactly what is spelled out on the order confirmation, so please be as accurate as possible!

In addition, we strongly encourage you to test your player in each available size, or otherwise measure them accurately. We will not exchange pieces, especially uniform pieces, because of incorrect size or fit.  It is your responsibility to approve your players sizes before ordering.  If you trust your player to try on alone, understand you're trusting them to pick the best size.  Needing a new size for games will result in having to purchase another piece in the correct size, or force your player to wear the size they chose for themselves.

This policy also goes for the player's number. Please confirm with team that you are using the correct player number and not duplicating another player before ordering. We cannot remake pieces due to number duplication.  Player numbers that the customer provides will be printed on apparel.  Once a piece enters production, we cannot change personalization during the production process.  A new order will have to be placed to correct duplicates.
